Nisaa Nurturing Academy ("NNA," "we," "us") collects personal information about parents/guardians and students in order to arrange and deliver tutoring sessions, including free assessments and classes.
What we collect: parent/guardian name, email address, and phone number; student name and year level; any notes you choose to share about your daughter's goals or challenges; and, where relevant, assessment results recorded by her mentor.
Why we collect it: to book and manage tutoring sessions, to communicate with you about bookings, and to tailor her learning plan. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who can see it: only Nisaa Nurturing Academy's founder, Farheen Imran, who administers all sessions and manages the booking system. Public visitors to this website can only ever see whether a time slot is free or already taken, never any parent or student details.
How long we keep it: for as long as your family is enrolled or in contact with us, and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time.
